Southbend P32A-XG Description
A 16" griddle at the top and a convection oven at the bottom, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range packs a lot of cooking power to a single space in your kitchen. Plus, with the stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and exterior bottom as well as the 6" legs that can be adjusted for uneven floors, this unit is built to handle the heavy work.
The griddle runs the width of the unit with two (2) 45,000 BTU burners heating the 1" thick plate. You can set the specific cooking temperature between 180 degrees Fahrenheit and 400 degrees Fahrenheit using the thermostatic controls to help you produce the desired quality you are after. The front has a 9.25" deep rail while the sides and rear have splash guards that keep spills contained within the cooking surface. The stainless steel grease drawer is removable for easy discarding of waste.
The convection oven comes with a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. There are three (3) oven racks supplied so you can make the most of the interior space. The two-speed fan will distribute the hot air throughout the cooking chamber so everything is evenly cooked at the same time. The thermostatic controls let you choose the specific temperature between 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit so you can find the perfect spot for each recipe. The oven interior is made of porcelain enamel for smooth and easy cleanups.
The lining and burner box on this commercial range are fully insulated to achieve excellent efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser makes sure heat and smoke do not engulf the user's space by drawing it away from them and towards the ventilation hood.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
