Southbend P32A-BBB-SU Description
Packing 255,000 BTU, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a set of six (6) open burners at the top and a convection oven at the base. The rear three (3) are step-up burners, which means they are placed higher than the front burners. All are manually controlled with individual operating power of 35,000 BTU. They have a clog-free design that keeps them from accumulating spills and food residue, keeping the flow of gas unobstructed.
The convection oven can make quick work of a variety of recipes with the two-speed blower that distributes hot air throughout the cooking chamber and the powerful 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. The interior is made of smooth porcelain enamel so grime is easy to spot and rub off. There are three (3) oven racks supplied so you can cook a large volume of products at a time and expect uniform, high-quality results. With the "insta-on" thermostat, you can set the exact temperature from 175 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 550 degrees Fahrenheit to create the best possible cooking environment for each recipe.
With stainless steel on the front, sides, and exterior bottom, this commercial range is built for the long haul. The 6" legs, also stainless steel, are adjustable so you can install the unit safely on uneven flooring. There is a 9.25" deep rail at the front of the burners for additional workspace. A drip tray is removable for quick and easy maintenance. The heat and smoke produced by the cooktop and oven during use are diverted away from users and into the ventilation hood to help keep the kitchen cool and safe at all times.
