Southbend P32A-BBB Description
Boasting a whopping 255,000 BTU cooking power, this heavy-duty commercial gas range packs six (6) open burners and a convection oven in one powerful unit. Each burner operates at 35,000 BTU and has manual controls for easy operation. They are clog-free, so you won't have to worry about gas flow getting obstructed or intense cleanup sessions. Designed to stand up to the rigors of daily use, this commercial range is stainless steel on the front and sides, and exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which you can adjust when installing on uneven flooring. There is a 9.25" deep rail at the front and a removable drip tray for quick maintenance. The 5" high stainless steel flue riser ensures the heat and gases that come from the cooktop are redirected to the hood and away from the user.
Baked dishes with a crisp exterior and perfectly moist or tender centers with the convection oven. Packing a two-speed blower at 0.5 horsepower, it is powered by a 45,000 BTU burner complete with a standing pilot. The interior is porcelain enamel so it is durable but also easy to scrub clean. There are three (3) oven racks included so you can maximize the cooking space. There is an "insta-on" thermostat that allows you to change the temperature between 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with the precision you need for each recipe.
