Southbend P32A-HH Description
With an 80,000 BTU uniform hot top and a 45,000 BTU convection oven in one convenient unit, this heavy-duty commercial gas range can significantly boost your production capacity from a single space in your kitchen. The unit is mostly stainless steel including the front, sides, the exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which can be adjusted for uneven floors. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to achieve optimal efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser diverts the heat and smoke from the cooktop away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
The 32" full-width uniform hot top has four (4) powerful burners at work, able to heat up the removable steel plates at up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The convection oven has one burner with a standing pilot and a special "insta-on" thermostat control that lets you achieve the exact cooking temperature within the 175 and 550-degree Fahrenheit range. There are three (3) racks supplied with the oven so you can bake a lot at the same time. And you can be confident that everything comes out evenly cooked, thanks to the two-speed fan that disperses the hot air throughout the cooking chamber. The oven interior is porcelain enamel, so it is easy to find and clean off the grime and grease.
