Southbend P32A-GRAD Description
Packing 107,000 BTU cooking power, this heavy-duty commercial gas range adds a graduated hot top and a convection oven to your production line, providing you tons of cooking power and flexibility. The hot top delivers up to 62,000 BTU of cooking power with removable steel plates that can reach temperatures as high as 900 degrees Fahrenheit. For maximum durability, this commercial range has a prominent stainless steel construction that runs the front and sides down to the exterior bottom and 6" legs, which are adjustable to suit uneven flooring. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the operation efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser draws the heat and smoke away from the users so the space stays cool and comfortable to be in.
The convection oven is packing a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. It has a two-speed fan that distributes the heat evenly throughout so food cooks uniformly no matter where they are placed. The oven is supplied with three (3) racks so you can maximize the space. The interior is made of porcelain enamel so it is easy to spot and remove grime and debris. You can set the specific temperature between 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit to cook each recipe to perfection.
