Southbend P32C-HG Description
Cook up an assortment of dishes right from the griddle and hot top on top of this 80,000 BTU heavy-duty commercial gas range from Southbend. Engineered for reliable performance and build quality, this unit has stainless steel front, sides, and 6" legs, which are adjustable to accommodate uneven floors.
The 16" manually controlled griddle is powered by two (2) 20,000 BTU burners with a single control knob. The plate is 1" thick, which helps retain heat for longer to speed up recovery in between uses. The sides and rear have splash guards that block grease and spills from escaping to nearby equipment or surfaces. There is a stainless steel grease drawer that can be detached from the unit for easy disposal of waste. The hot top is equipped with two (2) 20,000 BTU burners that heat the removable steel plates up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit for excellent cooking versatility. There is a 9.25" deep rail that creates a safe distance between you and the cooktop.
The lining and burner box are fully insulated for reliable efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser diverts heat and smoke coming from the unit so that it doesn't bombard the user.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
- Model 32C: Stainless steel cabinet base with two removable doors that open from the center.
