Southbend P32C-CC Description
This heavy-duty commercial gas range has a full-width charbroiler powered by four (4) 20,000 BTU burners with two hi-lo manual control knobs. The base is a stainless steel cabinet perfect for convenient storage of cooking supplies. Designed to withstand the rigors of daily use, this commercial range has a stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which you can adjust to conform to uneven flooring.
The hot top can reach 600 degrees Fahrenheit at the high setting to accommodate a wide array of recipes. The stainless steel radiants make sure the heat is evenly distributed across the cast-iron grates, which are adjustable and removable to adapt to your needs. These grates also help with retaining heat, effectively speeding up recovery and preheat in between sessions.
The commercial range features fully insulated lining and burner box for operational efficiency. The 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke away from the users and towards the ventilation hood. There is also a removable drip tray that makes for easy maintenance.
