Southbend P32A-HG Description
This 125,000 BTU heavy-duty commercial gas range is a 16" hot top and a 16" griddle at the top and a convection oven at the bottom, providing you all the cooking power and flexibility to meet demand.
The griddle comes with a set of four (4) 20,000 BTU burners with two (2) manual control knobs. The plate can reach a temperature of up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and is 1" thick so it retains heat for longer, making recovery and preheat times much shorter. There are splash guards on the rear and sides to protect the wall and nearby equipment from splashes and splatters. The hot top features two (2) 16,000 BTU burners and removable steel plates that can go up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that serves as an additional workspace.
The convection oven on this commercial range features a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. With the precise insta-on thermostat controls, this oven allows you to set the temperature between 175 degrees and 550 degrees Fahrenheit to create the ideal cooking environment for each recipe. It has a two-speed fan that blows hot air in every direction so that products are cooked uniformly no matter where they sit on the three (3) supplied racks. The interior of the oven is porcelain enamel, so you can easily spot and scrub off grime and food debris.
This heavy-duty range is mainly stainless steel--from the front and sides down to the exterior bottom and 6" legs, which can be adjusted so you can set up on uneven floors. The lining and burner box are fully insulated so the unit operates efficiently and maintains consistent temperatures. The 5" stainless steel flue riser helps ensure no heat and smoke from the unit remains in the user's cubic space by pulling it all in towards the ventilation hood.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
