Platinum Heavy Duty Range, gas, 32", griddle, 1" thick plate, manual controls, battery spark ignition, (1) convection oven, includes (3) racks, stainless steel front, sides & 6" adjustable legs, 125,000 BTU, cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF
This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a griddle and a convection oven to create a powerful and versatile cooking station. Perfect for whipping up burgers and breakfast favorites, the griddle is powered by four (4) 20,000 BTU burners with two (2) manual control knobs. The 1" thick plate can retain heat well so recovery and preheat time should be shorter. The front has a 9.25" deep rail while the sides and rear have splash guards that keep spills contained within the surface of the griddle.
The convection oven on this commercial range is equipped with a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. A two-speed fan distributes the air through the cooking chamber so food placed on each of the three (3) racks is surrounded with heat for uniform cooking. The thermostat allows you to set the specific within the range of 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit to perfect each recipe. The oven interior is made of porcelain enamel that makes it attractive and very easy to wipe clean.
Designed for long-lasting use, this heavy-duty range is stainless steel on the front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which can be adjusted to different heights to conform to uneven floors. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the operation smooth and efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls heat and smoke towards the ventilation hood so they don't stay long in the space.
