Southbend P32A-HC Description
This heavy-duty commercial gas range has a 16" hot top and a 16" charbroiler at the top and a convection oven at the base, creating a flexible cooking station that can deliver up to 125,000 BTU cooking power. For maximum durability, this commercial range has a prominent stainless steel construction that runs the front and sides down to the exterior bottom and 6" legs, which are adjustable to suit uneven flooring. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the operation efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser draws the heat and smoke away from the users so the space stays cool and comfortable to be in.
The hot top has two (2) burners that deliver up to 32,000 BTU and has removable steel plates that can get as hot as 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The 16" charbroiler comes with two (2) 16,000 burners that can cook at up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. It has stainless steel radiants that distribute the heat across the cast-iron grates, which retain heat well to shorten recovery and preheat times and are adjustable and removable to adapt to your needs.
The 45,000 BTU convection oven on the commercial range comes with a standing pilot and a two-speed fan that blows hot air throughout the chamber. There are three (3) racks included so you can cook in bulk. The oven interior is porcelain enamel, making it easy to find and scrub off grime and food debris. The oven can cook at 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and you can set the precise temperature for each cooking session using the "insta-on" thermostatic control.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
- Model 32A: 45,000 BTU NAT (45,000 BTU LP) convection oven with standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Three racks with five-position side rails. Two-speed, 1/2 hp blower motor.
