This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to add a three-burner 48,000 BTU plancha on top of a counter, refrigerated base, or freezer base. It has stainless steel front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom that makes it a reliable companion for the toughest cooking tasks.

The plancha comes with a 0.5" thick reinforced steel heated by cast-iron burners that can retain heat well so you can cook one batch after another more quickly. The front two-thirds of the plancha surface can get as hot as 800 degrees Fahrenheit perfect for quick searing. The rear one-third of the plate has decreased temperatures where you can finish the product. Maintaining this commercial range is very easy, thanks to the raised plate that allows quick access to the cooking surface, the splash guards around the rear and sides of the plancha, the 3" wide collection tray, and removable high-capacity stainless steel grease drawer. The front of the cooktop is a 5" deep rail.

The lining and burner box are fully insulated to maintain an efficient operation. The heat and smoke produced by the cooktop do not stay in the user's cubic space, thanks to the 5" stainless steel flue riser that pulls it towards the ventilation hood.
