Southbend P32A-XH-RE Description
This heavy-duty commercial gas range fits a 16" hot top, two (2) 45,000 BTU burners, and a convection oven in a single footprint. With its stainless steel construction on the front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs, this is the perfect unit to have in most foodservice operations.
The open burners set at the front have a unique clog-free design that ensures proper gas flow and makes for painless cleanups. Each one has a removable cast iron top grate that has excellent heat retention, which results in minimal recovery and preheat time. The hot top is set at the rear and is fitted with removable steel plates that can reach temperatures of up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a 9.25" deep front rail that is perfect for use as extra workspace.
This commercial range can also bake a wide variety of dishes at the convection oven, which is powered by a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. There are three (3) racks to hold a large amount of food at a time. You can trust the two-speed fan to move the hot air around to cook everything at once with uniform quality. The "insta-on" thermostat controls allow you to select a temperature in the 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit so you can create the perfect cooking environment for each recipe. The porcelain enamel oven interior creates a durable yet smooth surface that is easy to keep clean.
The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the operation as efficient as can be. The 5" stainless steel flue riser ensures the heat and smoke do not linger by pulling it towards the ventilation hood.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
- Model 32A: 45,000 BTU NAT (45,000 BTU LP) convection oven with standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Three racks with five-position side rails. Two-speed, 1/2 hp blower motor.
