Southbend P32A-GC Description
A 16" griddle, a 16" charbroiler, and a convection oven in one, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to do so much in a single space.
You can cook up burgers and breakfast staples on the manually controlled griddle, which comes with two (2) burners with a total cooking power of 40,000 BTU. The plate has a 1" thickness to retain heat that it can use to speed up recovery and preheat. There are splashes on the rear and sides that protect from spills and splatters.
The charbroiler with four (4) burners and two (2) control knobs boosts the unit by 40,000 BTU. It has stainless steel radiants for even heat distribution on the adjustable and removable grates, which are cast iron to help with heat retention as well. At the high setting, the surface temperature can get up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit so you enjoy more cooking freedom. It has a removable drip tray so you can remove overflow liquids with speed.
The convection oven on this commercial range has a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot and a fan that blows the air at two speeds to make sure that the entire cooking chamber is heated uniformly. You can cook on three (3) different racks with the confidence that each one will turn up perfectly. The temperature can be set between 175 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit using the high-precision thermostatic controls. The oven interior is porcelain enamel in construction so it is easy to clean.
This heavy-duty range has stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs, which can be installed safely on uneven floors. The lining and burner are fully insulated so the unit uses fuel in an efficient manner. The 9.25" deep rail at the front provides convenient work space when you need it. The 5" stainless steel flue riser promotes a safe and comfortable environment by pulling the heat and smoke away from the user and towards your ventilation hood.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
- Model 32A: 45,000 BTU NAT (45,000 BTU LP) convection oven with standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Three racks with five-position side rails. Two-speed, 1/2 hp blower motor.
