Southbend P32A-XC Description
With a 16" charbroiler and a convection oven combo, this 125,000 BTU heavy-duty commercial gas range is a cooking powerhouse you can rely on day to day. Built to handle heavy work, this unit has a predominant stainless steel construction including the front, sides, and 6" legs, which can even be adjusted to fit uneven floors.
The charbroiler comes with two (2) 45,000 BTU burners and can reach temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel radiants distribute the heat across the removable and adjustable grates. These grates are made of cast iron, which retains heat well so the charbroiler doesn't take a lot of time recovering from a previous session or preheating. It also has a removable drip tray that makes for easy maintenance.
The convection oven on this commercial range is equipped with a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. Operating at a range of 175 degrees and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, the "Insta-On" thermostat controls let you set the precise temperature required for each recipe to produce the ideal results. You can bake a large amount of food at a time on the supplied three (3) racks. The two-speed fan will make sure the hot air reaches each one so everything cooks evenly. The oven interior is porcelain enamel for fast and easy scrubbing.
The fully insulated lining and burner box promise excellent efficiency while the 5" stainless steel flue riser helps maintain a safe and cool environment by drawing the heat and smoke coming from the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
- Model 32A: 45,000 BTU NAT (45,000 BTU LP) convection oven with standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. Three racks with five-position side rails. Two-speed, 1/2 hp blower motor.
