If you need a hot top, a griddle, and an oven, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range allows you to have all three in one convenient unit. Designed for the tough work, this unit is stainless steel on the front, sides, and legs, which are adjustable to accommodate uneven floors.

The hot top comes with two (2) burners that each operate at 20,000 BTU. The removable steel plates can sustain temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you a lot of flexibility to handle a wide range of recipes. There are also two (2) burners powering the griddle, adding another 430,000 BTU cooking power to your kitchen. The 1" thick plate helps retain heat for faster recovery and preheat. It has splash guards on the sides and rear to block liquids or debris from spilling to nearby equipment or splashing onto the wall. It has a removable stainless steel drawer that collects grease for quick and easy discarding. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that offers an additional counter space that creates a separation between the cooktop and the user for added safety.

This fully insulated lining and burner box help keep the operation efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser ensures heat and smoke produced during cooking and baking are instantly pulled to the ventilation hood to keep the space cool and safe for users.
