With a six-burner cooktop and a standard oven, this commercial range can help you cook large amounts of food at a time to be ready to serve hungry guests throughout the day. This unit comes with stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs that offer excellent resistance to corrosion and rust.

The three (3) burners at the rear have a step-up placement for added cooking flexibility. The clog-free design of the burners makes any overflow liquids easy to clean off and also prevents gas flow obstruction. The 9.25" deep rail creates a safe distance to create a safe that can help you load and unload cookware from the burners.

The standard oven has a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot and is supplied with two (2) racks. You can fit two sheet pans in the cooking chamber in either placement so you can cook large amounts of food at a time. The "Insta-On" thermostat provides you with the precision you need to find the exact cooking temperature for various recipes. It supports a temperature range of 175 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The lining and burner box come with full insulation for efficient cooking while the 5" stainless steel flue riser diverts heat and smoke away from users and towards the ventilation hood so the kitchen stays cool.
