Southbend P32A-CC Description
This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range packs a charbroiler and convection oven in one versatile piece of equipment. The charbroiler alone offers 80,000 BTU cooking power coming from the set of four (4) burners. You can control all burners using the two (2) control knobs with a hi-lo setting for easy use. The charbroiler can reach an even surface temperature of up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit at a high setting giving you a lot of room to work with if you plan to cook an assortment of recipes. With durable stainless steel radiants, heat is optimally distributed across the adjustable and removable grates. These are cast iron grates so they hold heat longer, which means they won't take a lot of time to preheat or recover from the previous cooking session.
The convection oven has a two-speed blower that brings the hot air to every inch of the cooking chamber to eliminate any cold spots and cook uniformly. You can fully maximize this with the three (3) racks. The heat is produced by the 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. You can cook at a temperature range of 175 degrees Fahrenheit to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermostatic controls let you set the precise temperature to get exactly the cooking environment you want for each recipe. The oven has a porcelain enamel interior that has a smooth surface for easier cleaning.
This commercial range is stainless steel on the front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which can be adjusted to different heights to fit perfectly on uneven flooring. The lining and burner are fully insulated to help with temperature consistency. The 9.25" deep rail at the front makes for additional workspace while the removable drip tray makes maintenance a breeze. The 5" stainless steel flue riser ensures no heat and smoke lingers in the user's space by diverting it away and into your ventilation hood.
