This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a full-width griddle and an oven, providing you excellent cooking flexibility and power in just a single space in your kitchen. This unit has stainless steel front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs for excellent resistance to corrosion and rust.

The unit has a full-width griddle powered by a total of four (4) individually operating at up to 20,000 BTU. It is thermostatically controlled so you can set a specific cooking temperature between the 175 and 500-degree Fahrenheit range. The plate is 1" thick, which contributes to heat retention and ultimately speeds up the recovery in between use. The rear and sides have splash guards that protect surrounding surfaces and equipment from splashes and splatters. There is also a removable stainless steel drawer that collects grease for quick and easy disposal. The front of the cooktop has a 9.25" deep rail.

The oven on this commercial range can operate between 175 degrees and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and you can use the thermostatic controls to set the specific temperature for each recipe. There are two (2) racks that can be set in dive (5) different positions. The cooking chamber is big enough to fit sheet pans in either direction. The interior is made of porcelain enamel so you can easily spot and remove stain and food debris.

This fully insulated lining and burner box facilitate an efficient operation. To keep the space safe and cool, the 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke produced during cooking away from users and towards the ventilation hood.
