Southbend P32C-GC Description
The top of this heavy-duty commercial gas range is occupied by a 16" griddle and a 16" charbroiler while the base functions as a cabinet for easy access to cooking supplies. The stainless steel construction that runs the front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs make this unit an impressively durable unit that will last many years.
Able to reach temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the 16" charbroiler is packing two (2) 20,000 burners with one high-low control knob. There are stainless steel radiants that ensure the heat is evenly distributed to the cast-iron grates, which can be removed and adjusted to fit your unique cooking needs. These grates can also retain heat well so the charbroiler recovers and preheats faster. It has a dedicated removable drip tray for easy maintenance.
The griddle also has two (2) 20,000 BTU burners. The plate is 1" thick to achieve excellent heat retention. It has splash guards around the rear and sides to help keep your space clean and safe. Grease collects in a stainless steel drawer that can be removed for quick discarding. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that provides ample clearance between you and the cooktop.
The lining and burner box are fully insulated so the commercial range stays efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser keeps heat and smoke away from users and pulls it towards your ventilation hood.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
- Model 32C: Stainless steel cabinet base with two removable doors that open from the center.
