This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range fits a full-width griddle and a standard oven in a single piece of equipment, boosting your cooking power by 125,000 BTU. The front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs of the unit are made of stainless steel for long-lasting durability.

There are four (4) 20,000 BTU burners powering the griddle, which has a 1" thick plate that retains heat well to save time on recovery and preheat. It has a 9.25" deep rail that serves as a clearance between the user and the cooktop. Grease collects in the stainless steel drawer, which is removable to make maintenance a breeze. The standard oven is fitted with a 45,000 BTU with a standing pilot. Designed for versatility, this oven allows you to set the exact temperature between 175 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit using the thermostat controls. It comes with two (2) racks that you can place on five (5) different rails to find the perfect cooking spot. The interior has enough room to hold sheet pans in either direction and with its porcelain enamel construction, keeping it free from grime and grease becomes an easy task.

The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the unit running efficiently. To create a safe and comfortable space for users, the 5" stainless steel flue riser pulls the heat and smoke from the unit towards the ventilation hood.
