Southbend P32N-BBB-SU Platinum Heavy Duty Range

This heavy-duty commercial gas range with six (6) 35,000 BTU burners offers a convenient way to boost the cooking power of your operation. The rear three burners are placed a step higher for additional cooking flexibility. This is a modular unit that can be mounted on a countertop, refrigerated base, or freezer base. It has stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom that provides a solid defense against rust and corrosion.

The open burners come with a durable welded steel top grate that can be removed for thorough cleaning. These grates form a flat surface that supports heavy pots and pans and makes it easy to move them around. The burners are clog-free for easy maintenance but also prevent the gas flow from being obstructed from overflow liquids and food debris. The front of the unit comes with a 9.25" deep rail.

The lining and burner box on this commercial range are fully insulated to make cooking efficient. For safety and comfort in the kitchen, The 5" stainless steel flue riser redirects the heat and smoke so it doesn't go to the user and instead pulled towards the ventilation hood.
