This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range has two (2) open burners at the front, a 16" hot top at the rear, and a cabinet at the base, creating a flexible cooking station you can rely on every single day. With stainless steel front, sides, and legs, this unit can withstand the rigors of daily heavy use.

Packing 90,000 BTU of cooking power, the two open burners are clog-free so overflow liquids can be removed easily and won't impede gas flow. Each burner has a removable top grate that creates a smooth surface to safely move pots and pans around. The cast iron construction helps them retain heat well, so recovery and preheat don't take a lot of time. The hot top is powered by two  (2) 20,000 BTU burners. It has removable steel plates able to handle temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The front of the cooktop has a 9.25" deep rail that creates a safe clearance between the user and the cooktop.

The lining and burner box come fully insulated to help this commercial range operate efficiently. The 5" stainless steel flue riser keeps users comfortable and safe by drawing heat and smoke produced by the cooktop towards the ventilation hood.
