Boasting 125,000 BTU cooking power, this 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range is a uniform hot top and standard oven in one so you can whip up various recipes from a single station in your kitchen. With stainless steel front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs, this unit is solidly constructed to handle daily heavy use.

There are four (4) burners at work under the hot top, each with 20,000 BTU cooking power to add. There are (2) manual control knobs that allow you to easily switch from low to high settings. The removable steel plates can get as hot as 700 degrees Fahrenheit. The front of the cooktop has a 9.25" deep rail that you can use as extra workspace.

Designed to help you bake a wide array of recipes, the standard oven has a thermostatic control that provides you with the precision to adjust the temperature between 175 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Place food on the supplied two (2) racks, which can be set on five (5) positions to help you find the perfect cooking spot for each dish. The oven has a large porcelain enamel interior space that can accommodate sheet pans in either direction.

This fully insulated lining and burner box help keep the operation efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser deflects heat and smoke produced by the unit away from the user and towards the ventilation hood.
