Southbend P32A-TC Description
With a 16" charbroiler, a 16" griddle, and a convection oven, this 125,000 BTU heavy-duty commercial gas range is all you need to whip recipes from your diverse menu. The stainless steel construction that runs the front, sides, and 6" adjustable legs make this unit an impressively durable unit that will last many years.
Both the charbroiler and griddle can reach temperatures as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The 16" charbroiler is powered by two (2) 16,000 burners and has stainless steel radiants that disperse the heat across the removable and adjustable cast-iron grates, which retain heat well so you spend less time on preheat and recovery in between cooking stations. The four-burner griddle boasts 80,000 BTU cooking power and has a 1" thick plate that also offers excellent heat retention. The splash guards on the rear and sides defend against spills and splashes. The front of the cooktop is a 9.25" deep rail that serves as an additional workspace.
The convection oven is packing a 45,000 BTU burner with a standing pilot. It is controlled by "Insta-On" thermostat controls that allow you to specify the temperature between 175 degrees and 550 degrees Fahrenheit to cook every recipe to perfection. There are three (3) racks supplied so you bake multiple containers at a time. The two-speed fan evenly distributes the hot air throughout the cooking chamber so the contents are cooked quickly and uniformly regardless of their placement in the chamber. The oven interior is porcelain enamel for fast and easy scrubbing.
The lining and burner box are fully insulated so the commercial range operates efficiently. The 5" stainless steel flue riser helps eliminate the heat and smoke coming from the unit by drawing it towards the ventilation hood.

Construction
- Exterior Finish: Front, sides, rear and exterior bottom constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
- Front Rail: 9-1/4" deep front rail.
- Flue Riser: 5" high stainless steel flue riser
- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a coverplate over the end of the front manifold).
- Legs: 6" stainless steel adjustable legs standard.
