Southbend P32C-GRAD Description
This heavy-duty commercial gas range has a powerful 62,000 BTU graduated hot top with removable stainless steel plates that can get as hot as 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The base serves as a cabinet where you can store small wares and cooking supplies for convenient access. Designed with quality and reliability in mind, this commercial range boasts stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which can be adjusted to conform to uneven flooring. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the operation efficient. The 5" stainless steel flue riser helps keep the kitchen cool and clean by drawing heat and smoke from the hot top towards the ventilation hood.
