This heavy-duty commercial gas range has a graduated hot top and a standard oven that delivers up to 107,000 BTU. With stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" adjustable legs, this unit is a tough and sturdy companion for any kitchen.

The graduated hot top on this commercial range is powered by a 62,000 BTU burner and has removable stainless steel plates that can sustain temperatures as high as 900 degrees Fahrenheit at the center. At the front is a 9.25" deep rail that creates a safe clearance between the cooktop and the user. The oven supports a temperature range of 175 degrees to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Use the thermostatic controls to set the exact temperature you want to cook in for each dish. There are two (2) racks that can be adjusted to five (5) different rack guides. You can fit sheet pans in either direction inside the large interior, which is porcelain enamel for easy cleaning.

The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the unit working efficiently. The 5" stainless steel flue riser ensures the kitchen stays cool and clean by drawing heat and smoke from the unit away from the users and towards the ventilation hood.
