This 32" heavy-duty commercial gas range can fit a full-width uniform hot top to your kitchen without using additional floor space. Simply install it on a counter, a refrigerated base, or a freezer base. This is a high-quality unit made to handle heavy work, with its stainless steel front, sides, and exterior bottom that can fight rust and corrosion.

The uniform hot top comes with a total of four (4) 20,000 burners with two (2) control knobs with high and low settings for easy use. It has removable plates that can get as hot as 700 degrees Fahrenheit on high, allowing it to handle a wide array of recipes. The front of the unit is a 9.25" deep rail that offers extra functional space.

This commercial range has a fully insulated lining and burner box that helps keep the operation as efficient as possible. The 5" stainless steel flue riser assists in maintaining optimal comfort and safety in the kitchen by diverting heat and smoke from the cooktop away from the users and towards the ventilation hood.
