Blodgett MARK V-100 DBL Description
Designed to provide double cooking power and capacity for lower energy costs, the Blodgett MARK V-100 DBL two-compartment full-size electric convection oven meets ENERGY STAR standards to meet your daily cooking needs for less energy consumption. Each compartment on this oven can hold five (5) full-size baking pans that you can set safely on chrome-plated racks, which can be moved up and down 11 rack levels to modify the space according to exactly what you need. This unit is robust and made to last, with its stainless steel front, top, and sides and full angle-iron frame. The sag-free solid mineral fiber insulation guards against heat loss while also enhancing the stability of the unit. The ovens are stacked on a set of 6" tall stainless steel legs adjustable to various heights.
The interior of the commercial oven features a double-sided 14-gauge porcelain lining for easy cleaning and halogen lights for superior visibility. Three tubular heaters heat the chamber at 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit adjustable via the high-accuracy solid-state thermostat with an LED display to suit your recipes. This convection oven has a Cook-and-Hold mode perfect for slow-roasting protein dishes and a Pulse Plus mode to create a more controlled and mild heat for delicate food items.
A 1/2 hp fan motor with an aluminized steel blower wheel can blow hot air over at two speeds over and around the food to bake everything evenly and quickly. The motor automatically turns off if it overheats to prevent damage. There is a control area fan that cools off the unit to get ready for a new baking session or to turn off the oven.
Each for has a dual-pane thermal glass window to provide a clear side-to-side view of the inside. The doors have a triple-mounted pressure lock with a turnbuckle so they shut tightly. Both doors can be opened or closed from the same powder-coated handle for a faster and more ergonomic loading and unloading of pans. The modular control panel accessible from the front can slide out for added convenience.
The Blodgett MARK V-100 DBL double-deck half-size electric convection oven is NSF, cETLus, and CE-approved and includes a three-year warranty on parts, a two-year warranty on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors. This unit comes with a 208v, 60Hz, three-phase power supply, but you can select other voltages below along with optional components and accessories for customization.
