Give your production line the boost it needs while conserving energy with the Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL electric convection oven. This unit features two (2) extra-deep baking compartments that can each hold five (5) full-size sheet pans in both left-to-right and back-to-back positions. This unit has an ENERGY STAR rating, promising greater energy efficiency than standard models.

Outstanding Durability

Built to perform in the most rigorous kitchens, this commercial oven is largely stainless steel on the outside fortified by the full angle-iron frames for a durable, rust-resistant, and easy-to-clean construction. The entire unit sits on 6" tall stainless steel legs that can be set to different heights. Long-lasting, sag-free solid mineral fiber is used to insulate the unit so that the inside stays as hot as it should for proper cooking results. The front-mounted control panel has a slide-out design for easy access. The interior uses halogen lighting for visibility and is very easy to keep clean, thanks to the 14-gauge porcelain on both sides of the unit.

Customizable interior space

There are five chrome-plated racks provided for each compartment, all of which can be moved up and down the 11 rack guides to provide adequate space for your dishes. The compartments each have a 0.5 hp fan motor with a high-heat ready aluminized steel blower wheel that can switch between two speeds to distribute the hot air throughout the chamber, resulting in faster cook times and even bake quality. The fan offers automatic thermal overload protection to prevent overheating.

Tremendous cooking flexibility

Three tubular heating elements on each compartment produce the heat at a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A solid-state thermostat with an LED display on each oven provides an easy but precise way to adjust the temperature to meet the needs of your recipes and bake different products at the same time. This design also makes it much simpler to achieve more complex cooking environments needed for slow-cooking meats and delicate baked products with the added Cook-and-Hold and Pulse Plus modes. There is a control area cooling fan on board for quick transitions in between baking sessions or preparing to turn off the oven for the day.

Easy operation and progress monitoring

There are dual-pane thermal glass windows on each door to provide a left and right view of the inside the unit, so you can check if the products are cooking properly without having to open the doors that result in heat loss. cycle. These doors are sealed tightly thanks to the triple-mounted pressure locking and a turnbuckle. Both doors can be opened or closed from a single handle to save time during product loading and unloading. 

The Blodgett MARK V-200 DBL double-deck full-size electric convection oven is approved by cETL, CE, and NSF and is provided with a three-year warranty on parts and two years on labor, and a  five-year limited warranty on the oven doors.  This unit comes standard with a 208v/60Hz/3-ph power supply, but you can choose the voltage of your choice below along with other optional components and accessories for customizing the unit.
