Blodgett ZEPH-100-E DBL Description
The Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DBL electric convection oven is an ENERGY STAR-certified commercial baking equipment that adds twice the capacity and power in a single footprint. This is a great pick for restaurants, bakeries, and many more foodservice establishments looking to cook up to 10 full-size sheet pans of food at greater speed, reliable quality, and lower energy consumption. Each compartment has a set of five (5) chrome-plated racks that can be organized on 11 rack positions to fit assorted products.
The top, sides, and bottom of this electric oven won't stain, rust, dent, or corrode even after long intensive use, thanks to the stainless steel construction. The full-angle iron frame makes for a more solid build. The stacked baking compartments are mounted on a set of 6" tall stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to the appropriate height for uneven flooring and routine cleaning.
This commercial oven uses three (3) tubular heaters that can reach 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. You can trust the solid-state infinite control thermostat to facilitate accurate temperature adjustment so you can get the exact results you want. The 0.5 hp fan with aluminized steel single-inlet wheel rotates at the two speeds to get as much hot air to each rack as possible for an even bake quality. You can use the digital timer to ensure each recipe gets the ideal cooking time. This unit has a cool-down mode that quickly lowers the temperature inside the oven as needed.
The chamber is insulated with solid mineral fiber from the top, bottom, sides, and back while the front features dual-pane thermal glass windows on the stainless steel doors, so you can get a good view of the beautifully illuminated chamber without releasing heat. There are triple-munted pressure locks and turnbuckle assemblies on the doors for perfect sealing. A single powder-coated handle can open or close at once. The front control panel is removable for easy servicing.
The Blodgett ZEPH-100-E DBL double-deck full-size electric convection oven is ETL and NSF-approved. It comes with a two-year warranty on parts and labor and a three-year limited warranty on the oven door. The unit is available with a variety of voltages as well as accessories and optional components for customization.
