Blodgett CTBR SGL Description
Perfect for small-volume baking needs, the single-deck Blodgett CTBR SGL electric convection oven provides adequate space for baking food worth five (5) half-size baking pans. Use the supplied five (5) chrome-plated racks to organize your dishes on nine rack positions spaced at 41 mm. This unit can go toe to toe with large units with a predominantly stainless steel exterior and a full angle-iron frame that can handle the rigors of everyday commercial cooking.
The operating range of this commercial oven is at 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, perfect for a diverse menu. It is packing two (2) 5kW tubular heaters and a 0.25 hp fan motor that circulates hot air at two different speeds to reach all racks for even baking and shorter cooking times. This fan has automatic thermal overload protection to make your operation much safer and your equipment to last much longer! A control area cooling fan helps bring the interior temperature down so you can prepare for the next batch of baking or cool the unit off at the day’s end.
The solid mineral fiber protects from temperature instability by containing all heat inside the oven where it is needed while also making the entire oven much more durable. You can set the temperature and change the timer with excellent precision from solid-state manual controls located on the tilt-down modular control panel on the left side of the oven’s front. You can see the 14-gauge porcelain-lined cavity through the dual-pane thermal glass window on the stainless steel door, which opens on the right side with the chrome-plated door handle.
The Blodgett CTBR SGL single-deck half-size electric convection oven meets NSF, ETL, and CE standards and includes a three-year warranty on parts, a two-year warranty on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven door.
