Blodgett CNVX-14E DBL Description
Looking for an electric convection oven that can provide double the capacity and power in a small space? The Blodgett CNVX-14E DBL with two baking compartments could be what your kitchen is missing. This unit is supplied with five (5) chrome-plated racks but has a total capacity of seven (7) full-size hotel pans or 14 full-size sheet pans that can be arranged on 13 rack positions to tweak the space to your specific needs. The exterior has stainless steel on the top, back, sides, and front while the inside fully-welded stainless steel frame for superior durability and corrosion resistance.
This commercial oven cooks your products at a wide temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, so you can cook a wide variety of dishes from the same piece of equipment! The baking chamber is illuminated with halogen lamps and completely insulated with solid mineral fiber, which improves the durability of the unit and at the same time enhances performance by preventing heat loss.
Each compartment features a bi-directional fan that circulates the hot air throughout the cavity at four different speeds to speed up cooking time and deliver even quality. At any time, you can increase the humidity inside the unit through the oven’s unique Hydroburst feature. This convection can handle low-temperature recipes and has holding functionalities to keep your cooked products fresh until they are ready to go.
The unit also features a removable 4" temperature core probe that enhances baking accuracy. To make the baking process easier, the oven can store up to 100 recipes so you can produce consistent-quality products with reduced effort. You can even copy or transfer recipes via the USB connection.
The doors on both the top and bottom oven can open up to 180 degrees. They each have a dual-stage door latch and top and bottom-mounted adjustable hinges. The large dual-pane thermal glass windows on these doors keep the inside visible at all times to aid in a much more efficient process of checking your baking progress. The cavity has coved corners so it doesn’t collect grime and dirt and will be much easier to clean. The hinged pressure panel and inner glass also help improve the cleanability of the unit. Onboard you have a retractable hose reel that has a water shutoff valve at the front to help with washing the oven when needed.
Any liquid drippings and byproducts that come from each cooking session are collected through the bottom-mounted fixed drain and condensate trough. The interface control panel can be accessed on the front where it is most convenient to service.
The Blodgett CNVX-14E DBL double-stacked electric convection oven comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor and a free start-up inspection service.
