Blodgett MARK V-200 ADDL Description
Transform your production line with an energy-efficient electric convection oven like the Blodgett MARK V-200 ADDL. This unit has features an extra-deep baking compartment that can hold five (5) full-size baking pans in vertical and horizontal positions. It stands on 6" stainless steel legs and is ready for stacking, which means you can add another baking compartment on top of it with the supplied stacking kit. It is ENERGY STAR-certified, which means you can get the same performance as standard models in its category for less energy consumption.
High-quality, easy-to-clean stainless steel runs through the top, sides, and bottom of the commercial oven so that it won’t easily rust or deform even after heavy use day after day. Paired with the angle-iron frame and solid mineral fiber insulation, you’ve got a rugged piece of equipment you can rely on for many years. With its solid-state thermostat with an LED display that adjusts temperature from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and special cooking modes like the Cook and Hold and Pulse Plus, the unit lets you create the best environments for many recipes, Whether you are slow-roasting meats or baking delicate dishes.
The convection oven uses three (3) tubular heating elements to generate heat and a 0.5 hp fan motor with a high-heat ready aluminized steel blower wheel to blow hot air at two different speeds in order to cook the products on every rack evenly. With automatic thermal overload protection, the fan is kept safe from overheating.
Moving on to the interior, you will be greeted with 14-gauge porcelain on both sides of the cavity and halogen lights that brightly light the interior for superior visibility useful in checking the progress of your cooking, especially from the dual-pane thermal glass windows on the doors. The unit is supplied with five (5) chrome-plated racks and with the 11 rack guides give you the flexibility you need to accommodate various dishes. A control area fan can be used to quickly lower the temperature so you can transition from one batch to another or cool the unit off for shutdown.
The doors on this unit have a triple-mounted pressure locking and a turnbuckle assembly that gives it a nice seal. A single powder-coated handle is used to open or close both simultaneously, making access to the unit much faster, safer, and more ergonomic. At the right-hand side of the oven, you will find the control panel, which is designed to slide out so it is easier to access. A vent conner is also included.
The Blodgett MARK V-200 ADDL single-deck half-size electric convection oven meets cETL, CE, and NSF standards and includes a three-year warranty on parts and two years on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors. This unit comes standard with a 208 voltage power supply with 60Hz and three-phase.
