If you want a high-performance two-compartment electric convection oven that can keep up with your day-to-day demand while conserving energy, this Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DBL. Engineered to meet ENERGY STAR standards, this unit promises a lot of cost savings without skimping on performance. This commercial convection oven has a deeper cavity than standard ovens, boasting a total capacity of 10 full-size sheet pans, each with a corresponding removable chrome-plated rack supplied. There are 11 rack positions on each compartment to give you wide holding flexibility.
The stainless steel top, sides, and bottom of the compartments can resist scratches and rust and are super easy to clean. The full angle-iron frame enhances the structure while the 6" robust stainless steel legs support the entire unit while providing you the ability to adjust the height to suit uneven floors and assist in cleaning.
This commercial oven uses three tubular elements to cook products at a temperature range of 200 to 500°F that can be controlled with superior precision using the solid-state infinite thermostat. Heat won’t escape from the oven with the solid mineral fiber insulating the bottom, back, sides, and top. The single-inlet fan with a 0.5 hp motor runs at low and high speeds for uniform heating and quick baking. With the help of the digital timer, products should be cooked accurately with minimal supervision. The oven can also initiate a cool-down mode so you can initiate a new bake quickly or prepare the unit for closing time.
The stainless steel doors of this commercial oven surround large dual-pane thermal glass windows that give you an instant view of the illuminated double-sided porcelain cavity in the unit’s closed position, helping keep the heat inside. The doors have triple-mounted pressure locks and turnbuckle assemblies to leave no gap between the chamber and the front. The doors open or close from a single powder-coated handle to aid in loading and unloading pans. Servicing is made easier with the removable front control panel.
