Vulcan 72SS-8B24GT Description
The Vulcan 72SS-8B24GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a large range setup that offers a large number of open top burners, a thermostatic griddle, and two standard ovens. This range unit is 72” wide and utilizes stainless steel construction for its sides, front, back riser, and high shelf for durability that will ensure it will serve without issue for several years.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with Restaurant Gas Ranges that stand head and shoulders above the rest. The MIG welded aluminized steel frames make this an extremely reliable range.
The eight open top burners on this range feature shrouded flash tube pilots for every two burners. This reduces the amount of gas the pilots use while making them more reliable. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
For precise griddling control, the 24” wide griddle features a snap action thermostat. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
Both standard ovens in this range have a 26-⅜” wide opening and full baker’s depth, each cavity has two oven racks with four positions. The oven bottoms and door panels feature porcelain for insulation. The oven cavities have separate thermostats that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
To fuel this range 350,000 BTU/hr of gas is required.
