If your restaurant needs a full-size range with a dozen open top burners as well as convection and standard ovens, you can’t go wrong with the 72SC-12B Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan. This 72” wide range unit gets users the maximum amount of real estate for the cooking equipment they need in their kitchen. Aside from being extremely durable, the units are also visually appealing, the perfect balance between form and function.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ of Restaurant Gas Ranges provide unparalleled performance in the restaurant range category. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue.
This range's twelve open top burners feature Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills. This system uses a single pilot for every two burners which also reduces the amount of gas consumed over time. The simple lift-off burners are easy to clean and accessing them is simple since the heavy-duty grates also lift-off.
To maximize this range’s versatility it comes with both a standard and convection oven. The convection oven features a powerful blower that uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 4.0 amps. Connecting it to a power source is easy with a 6-foot power cord. The ovens cavities are both 26-⅜” wide and are baker’s depth with two racks per cavity that can be moved to 4 different positions. Both ovens have thermostats that can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
The total gas input of this range is 430,000 BTU/hr
