This restaurant range offers a griddle, open-top burners, a charbroiler, a standard oven, and a convection oven in a single package. With a width of 72” this range can be the centerpiece in a small kitchen or an easy addition to a large kitchen that needs to increase their output. A range of this size provides users with plenty of room while maximizing the amount of cooking area available.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with commercial cooking equipment that stands above the rest. WIth an aluminized frame featuring MIG welding, this unit is sure to stand up to daily use without any issue. Restaurant Gas Ranges from Vulcan are specifically designed to provide a reliable platform that operators can trust to serve for many years.
This range has four open top burners and two pilots, one for every two burners. This is achieved with Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills by shrouding the pilots all while reducing the amount of gas consumed by the unit due to the reduction in the number of total pilots. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
With a 24” wide griddle, this range offers plenty of room to handle multiple items. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
This range features a 24” wide charbroiler featuring four burners and supercharger dividers. The burners are individually controllable with their own control knobs, these control knobs are designed to be cool to the touch to make adjusting easy.
To maximize this range’s versatility it comes with both a standard and convection oven. The convection oven features a powerful blower that uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 4.0 amps. Connecting it to a power source is easy with a 6-foot power cord. The ovens cavities are both 26-⅜” wide and are baker’s depth with two racks per cavity that can be moved to 4 different positions. The oven cavities can be thermostatically set from 250°F to 500°F.
This range consumes gas at a rate of 294,000 BTU/hr.
