The Vulcan 72CC-8B24GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick for restaurants that need a reliable range in their kitchen that includes a thermostatic griddle, open top burners, and two convection ovens. This range unit is 72” wide and utilizes stainless steel construction for its sides, front, back riser, and high shelf for durability that will ensure it will serve without issue for several years.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers unrivaled performance in the restaurant-grade range market. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime. Restaurant Gas Ranges made by Vulcan are trusted all around the world to provide year after year of dependable service in commercial kitchens.
Each pair of this range’s eight open-top burners use Vulcan’s innovative flash tube pilot system. This system uses a shrouded pilot that reduces the amount of gas consumed by the range while protecting the pilot from boilovers and spills. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
To precisely control the cooking temperature of the 24” griddle, snap action thermostatic controls are included to make achieving consistent results as easy as possible. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
The convection ovens at the base of this range both have 26-⅜” openings, two oven racks per cavity give versatility by being able to be adjusted to four different positions. The blower motor in each oven circulates air efficiently using standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. Connecting a blower motor to an outlet is simple with a 6’ power cord. Both ovens can be set to bake at temperatures between 250°F and 500°F.
To fuel this range 350,000 BTU/hr of gas is required.
