With two convection ovens, a griddle, four open top burners, and a charbroiler, the Vulcan 72CC-24G4B24CB Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an excellent choice for operators that need a versatile range that will last for several years without any issues. This range unit is 72” wide and utilizes stainless steel construction for its sides, front, back riser, and high shelf for durability that will ensure it will serve without issue for several years.

This range's four open top burners feature Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills. This system uses a single pilot for every two burners which also reduces the amount of gas consumed over time. Cleaning and maintaining the open top burners is simple thanks to the simple lift-off design on the burner heads and heavy-duty cast grates.
To efficiently charbroil food this range has a 24” charbroiler with four burners with supercharger dividers. The burners can be adjusted individually with their own control knobs. To make adjusting these knobs easy while cooking they are made to be cool to the touch.
With a 24” wide griddle, this range offers plenty of room to handle multiple items. To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
The base of this range is made up of two convection ovens with 26-⅜” wide openings featuring two racks each that can be adjusted to four different positions. Air is circulated around each oven cavity with its own 115v/60/1-ph blower motor that comes with a 6’ power cord to connect it to a power outlet that can provide 4.0 amps of current. These ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F.
To fuel this range 294,000 BTU/hr of gas is required.
