Vulcan 72SS-6B36G Description
If you want a large range that can stand up to heavy use in your restaurant and need a balanced amount of space for griddling and open burners on top of two standard ovens the 72SS-6B36G Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is an easy pick that won’t let you down. For durability, this 72” wide range model comes with stainless steel construction for its high shelf, sides, back riser, and front.
In the category of Restaurant Gas Ranges , the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.
To prevent the six open top burners from consuming too much gas each pair of burners is covered by a flash tube pilot. This shrouded design also prevents the pilots from going out from spills and boilovers. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
To make griddling food as easy as possible this range has a 36” wide griddle. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
Both standard ovens in this range have a 26-⅜” wide opening and full baker’s depth, each cavity has two oven racks with four positions. The oven bottoms and door panels feature porcelain for insulation. These ovens have thermostats that can be set from 250°F to 500°F.
This range requires a gas input of 310,000 BTU/hr.
