If your restaurant needs a range that can keep up with your busiest hours without breaking a sweat, the Vulcan 72CC-6B36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range is a great option that offers open top burners, a thermostatic griddle, and two convection ovens. Users will appreciate the amount of space they get to work with thanks to this unit’s 72” width. The ergonomics of the cooktops make long busy days pass with little stress.
In the restaurant range category, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. For excellent durability, this range features an aluminized steel frame that’s fully MIG welded. Commercial kitchens from around the globe trust Vulcan Restaurant Gas Ranges to deliver the results they need to keep up with their demands.
The six open top burners on this range feature shrouded flash tube pilots for every two burners. This reduces the amount of gas the pilots use while making them more reliable. The simple lift-off burners are easy to clean and accessing them is simple since the heavy-duty grates also lift-off.
To get the most consistent results this range's griddle comes with thermostatic controls for precise temperature control. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
Both convection ovens at the base of this range have 26-⅜” openings and two racks that can be adjusted to four positions. A 115v/60/1-ph blower using 4.0 amps of current in each oven quickly and evenly circulates air and is connected to a power outlet with a 6’ power cord. The oven cavities have separate thermostats that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
This range has a total input of 310,000 BTU/hr.
