If your establishment needs a reliable restaurant-grade range that offers a thermostatic griddle, open top burners, as well as convection and standard ovens, the Vulcan 72SC-6B36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick that is tried and tested. Large establishments can easily accommodate this 72” wide range and equip them with a large amount of cooking area that will expand their capabilities. Vulcan designs these units from the ground up with ergonomics and reliability in mind so users can get the results they want with as little effort as possible.

With six open top burners, this range offers users a flexible platform. Vulcan’s flash tube pilot system features shrouded pilots that each cover two burners. This reduces the amount of gas the pilots consume while protecting them against spills and boilovers. Cleaning and maintaining the open top burners is simple thanks to the simple lift-off design on the burner heads and heavy-duty cast grates.
To easily set the temperature on the 36” wide griddle it features thermostatic controls To keep the temperature of the cooking surface consistent this griddle has a ⅞” thick griddle plate. Grease management is made simple with a 4” wide grease trough that fits most spatulas, the grease is channeled into an extra-deep crumb tray that is easy to remove for cleaning.
The ovens at the base of this range provide users with options, one is a convection oven while the other is standard. The convection oven uses a blower motor wired for standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. Connecting the blower to a power source is easy with the included 6’ power cord. Both oven cavities are 26-⅜” wide and baker’s depth with two racks each that can be moved to four positions. Both ovens have thermostats that can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
This range consumes gas at a rate of 310,000 BTU/hr.
