The 72SS-24GT4B24CB Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan offers your commercial kitchen a durable range with two standard ovens, a thermostatic griddle, four open top burners, and a charbroiler. This provides a lot of versatility in a single range unit. With a width of 72” this range can be the centerpiece in a small kitchen or an easy addition to a large kitchen that needs to increase their output. A range of this size provides users with plenty of room while maximizing the amount of cooking area available.
The Vulcan Endurance Series™ lineup of restaurant ranges features the highest quality pieces of equipment available in the category. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime. Vulcan Restaurant Gas Ranges are highly dependable and can easily keep up with the demands of commercial kitchens while providing years of dependable service.
This range has half as many pilots as other ranges on the market with the same number of burners. This possible with Vulcan's shrouded flash tube pilot system which reduces the amount of gas used by the range over time while preventing the pilots from being extinguished by spills and boilovers. With cast grates and lift-off burner heads, these open top burners are easy to maintain and clean.
The 24” wide charbroiler on this range has four burners and supercharger dividers. The burners are individually controllable with their own control knobs, these control knobs are designed to be cool to the touch to make adjusting easy.
The thermostatically controlled griddle is 24” wide providing plenty of space to work with food while maintaining the ideal temperature. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
Both standard oven cavities in this range are baker’s depth with openings 26-⅜” wide, and each comes with two oven racks that can be adjusted to four positions. The oven cavities can be thermostatically set from 250°F to 500°F.
In total, this range consumes 294,000 BTU/hr of gas.
