Southbend P24C-CC Description
This 24" heavy-duty commercial gas range has a charbroiler for a cooktop plus a tough stainless steel cabinet base so you have everything you need to cook up savory meats and vegetables for your guests. Designed to get as hot as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, the charbroiler is powered by four(4) burners that each operate at 16,000 BTU. The durable stainless steel radiants evenly distribute the heat across the adjustable cast-iron grates, which are designed to retain heat well to speed up recovery and preheat. This commercial range has stainless steel constructed front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6" legs, which are adjustable to accommodate uneven floors. The fully insulated lining and burner keep the unit running efficiently while the 5" high stainless steel flue riser deflects the heat and smoke away from the user for safety and comfort. There is a 9.25" deep rail at the front of the charbroiler that offers additional workspace. The drip tray is removable so you can discard overflow liquids easily.

Construction

- Battery: Unit can be in any position in a battery. If the unit is at the end of the battery, the end side will be solid (rather than have a cover plate over the end of the front manifold).
