With this 64,000 BTU heavy-duty commercial gas range, you can serve up perfectly charbroiled meats and vegetables day-in, day-out. Designed to install on a counter or a refrigerated/freezer base, this unit features a charbroiler with four (4) 16,000 BTU manually controlled burners with two (2) control knobs. It comes with stainless steel radiants that distribute heat across the removable and adjustable cast-iron grates, which retain heat for longer periods so recovery and preheat time are shorter. The unit can reach up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit, giving you all the flexibility you need to handle a diverse menu. With stainless steel construction on the front and sides down to the rear, exterior bottom, and legs, this is a durable commercial range that you can count on for many years.

There is a 9.25" deep rail at the front of the charbroiler for an additional work surface. The unit has a removable drip tray for simple maintenance and a 5" high stainless steel flue riser that directs heat and gases away from the user and into the ventilation hood. The lining and burner box are fully insulated to keep the operation efficient.

This heavy-duty range meets all CSA Star, cCSAus, and NSF standards.
