Blodgett MARK V-100 SGL Description
The Blodgett MARK V-100 SGL is an Energy Star-rated electric convection oven with a single compartment that lets you cook five full-size baking pans of food at a time. This is a sleek, solidly constructed piece of equipment with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, full angle-iron frame, and 25" tall stainless steel legs that you can adjust to various heights as needed. The unit is supplied with five racks with chrome plating for excellent weight support, which you can arrange on 11 different positions spaced at 41mm to adjust the space to your changing needs.
Food is baked at 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, which you can adjust from the solid-state thermostat with a LED display that offers incredible accuracy to give you the flexibility you need to cook a variety of recipes. This commercial oven even allows Cook-and-Hold and Pulse Plus, so that you can slow cook meats and bake the most delicate items that need gentle heat.
The heat is generated by three tubular heaters while the 1/2 hp fan motor blows the hot air throughout the chamber at two different speeds to deliver even baked products on every rack in the shortest amount of time possible. The automatic thermal overload protection prevents damage and preserves important components for long service life. A control area cooling fan causes the temperature to drop much faster to prep the oven for a new batch of baking or to cool it off prior to powering it down completely.
The interior is illuminated by halogen lights and has a double-sided lining of 14-gauge porcelain, making it very easy to keep clean. The doors have dual-pane thermal glass windows from which you can check baking progress without opening the doors. When you do have to operate the doors, the powder-coated handle allows you to open or close simultaneously. The doors have triple-mounted pressure locks and a turnbuckle assembly for a better seal. The front control panel has a modular slide-out design that makes it very easy to access when needed.
The Blodgett MARK V-100 SGL single-deck half-size electric convection oven meets cETLus, CE, and NSF standards and includes a three-year warranty on parts, a two-year warranty on labor, and a five-year limited warranty on the oven doors. This unit comes standard with a 208v, 60Hz, three-phase power supply, but also accepts other voltages that you can select below.
