Blodgett CTB DBL Description

Cook large batches of food quickly with this electric convection oven. It comes with two (2) decks that can each fit standard-half-size baking pans in the front-to-back position. With stainless steel front, top, sides, and back and a full angle-iron frame, this unit is a robust piece of equipment that can handle daily heavy use.
Each deck is equipped with two (2) 5-kilowatt tubular heaters and five (5) chrome-plated racks that you can set in nine (9) different positions to fit a large batch of food at a time. The dual-speed fan moves the hot air around the cavity to cook everything inside evenly no matter the placement. The blower motor comes with automatic thermal overload protection for added safety.
This convection oven also uses a solid-state thermostat that allows you to set the temperature between the range of 200 degrees Fahrenheit to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. There is also an electro-mechanical timer that you can control separately to help monitor each baking session. With the solid mineral fiber insulation at the top, back, sides, and bottom of the unit, the interior temperature remains consistent for efficiency and uniform results. The stainless steel doors have dual-pane thermal glass windows through which you can see the baking progress at a glance. A tilt-down modular front control panel allows for easy operation.
This unit has a 14-gauge double-sided porcelain interior that's sleek, durable, and very easy to scrub clean. The doors open from the right with the chrome-plated handle and controls are laced on the left side.
