If your restaurant kitchen needs a single range that provides users with several options to cook a variety of menu items the Vulcan 72SC-24GT4B24CB Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick. This range offers four open top burners, a thermostatically controlled griddle, a charbroiler, as well as convection and standard ovens. This 72” wide range unit gets users the maximum amount of real estate for the cooking equipment they need in their kitchen. Aside from being extremely durable, the units are also visually appealing, the perfect balance between form and function.
In the restaurant range category, the Endurance Series™ from Vulcan is unmatched. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output. Vulcan’s restaurant gas ranges are designed to keep up with the demands of commercial kitchens to get orders filled and served as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To prevent the four open top burners from consuming too much gas each pair of burners is covered by a flash tube pilot. This shrouded design also prevents the pilots from going out from spills and boilovers. To make sure cleaning and maintenance of the open top burners is as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
To get the most consistent results this range's griddle comes with thermostatic controls for precise temperature control. The griddle plate is ⅞” thick for consistent temperature and quick recovery and a 4” wide grease trough makes it easy to manage grease and crumbs. An extra-deep pull out crumb tray is included for easy emptying.
This range features a 24” wide charbroiler featuring four burners and supercharger dividers. Each of the burners has its own control knob which is designed to stay cool to the touch for easy adjustment.
With two different oven types, this range has plenty of baking space and versatility. The convection oven has a powerful blower that uses standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 4.0 amps. A 6’ power cord complete with a plug set is included to connect it to an outlet. Both ovens are baker’s depth and 26-⅜” wide with two racks that can be moved to four positions. Both ovens have thermostats that can be adjusted between 250°F and 500°F.
The gas input required by this range is 294,000 BTU/hr.
