Vulcan 72SS-6B36GT Description
If your commercial kitchen needs a range that offers the versatility of open top burners and a precise griddle with thermostatic controls the Vulcan 72SS-6B36GT Endurance™ Restaurant Range is an easy pick. Below the cooking top there are two standard ovens that save space and are within arms reach. The 72” width of this range unit maximizes the usable space on the cooking equipment providing users with more than enough space to work comfortably.
Vulcan’s Endurance Series™ offers operators with Restaurant Gas Ranges that stand above the rest. The aluminized steel frame is fully MIG welded to make sure it can keep up with your kitchen’s output.
This range has six open top burners and three pilots for them, one for every two burners. This is achieved with Vulcan's flash tube pilot system which protects the pilots from boilovers and spills by shrouding the pilots all while reducing the amount of gas consumed by the unit due to the reduction in the number of total pilots. Lift-off burner heads and cast grates make for simple maintenance and durability you can rely on.
To get the most consistent reusults this range's griddle comes with thermostatic controls for precise temperature control. To eliminate hot and cold spots while providing plenty of thermal mass, this griddle features a ⅞” thick griddle plate. A 4” wide grease trough fits spatulas for the removal of excess grease and crumbs. A pull-out crumb tray holds excess grease and crumbs and is easily accessible from the front of the range.
Both standard ovens in this range have a 26-⅜” wide opening and full baker’s depth, each cavity has two oven racks with four positions. The oven bottoms and door panels feature porcelain for insulation. The oven cavities can be thermostatically set from 250°F to 500°F.
This range consumes gas at a rate of 310,000 BTU/hr.
