Vulcan 48SS-8B Description
Commercial kitchens that need a simple and reliable range with top burners and two standard ovens, the 48SS-8B Endurance™ Restaurant Range from Vulcan is a great option. This 48” wide range model uses stainless steel construction on its back riser, sides, high shelf, and front making it extremely durable and easy to maintain.
The Endurance Series™ from Vulcan offers unrivaled performance in the restaurant-grade range market. WIth a fully MIG welded aluminized frame, little can go wrong with this range over its lifetime. With Vulcan’s Restaurant Gas Ranges operators can be sure that the equipment in their commercial kitchen is up to the task of keeping up with peak demand without issue.
The Eight open top burners on this range feature shrouded flash tube pilots for every two burners. This reduces the amount of gas the pilots use while making them more reliable. To make sure the cleaning and maintenance tasks of the open top burners are as easy as possible, the cast grates easily lift-off, and the burner heads also feature a lift-off design.
Both standard ovens in this range have a 26-⅓” wide opening and full baker’s depth, each cavity has two oven racks with four positions. The oven bottoms and door panels feature porcelain for insulation. The oven cavities have separate thermostats that can be set between 250°F and 500°F.
